Coordinating across multiple teams posed a significant challenge. To address this, internal sessions within CE were conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes within the other system. Subsequently, a collaborative plan was devised, encompassing multiple systems, modules, and processes.
Challenges
- Review of multiple systems and modules of systems used by POP
- The customer team knows the amount of data that needs to be retrofitted. They were knowledged with what needs to be changed
- Challenge in understanding all interactions of the systems as the team were appear in a 1z-2z sessions
Business Requirements
- Provide recommendation for JDE to be a good fit for the processes identified by customer
- Provide an effort estimate to migrate solutions from multiple systems integrated to JDE to à one JDE platform
- Provide best practice recommendations for business improvement
- Provide a future state road map and documentation

- One consolidated view from multiple teams to understand the impact analysis across multiple systems

Lessons Learned
- Co-ordination across multiple teams was a difficult task.
- We had to have internal sessions in CE to understand the other system processes and chart out a joint plan over-arching multiple systems, Modules and processes.
