🤖 AI in Action
The hottest topic at this year’s conference was AI. The agenda was packed with educational sessions demonstrating AI working hand-in-hand with JDE to improve operations, reduce cost, and boost agility. Circular Edge and AtomIQ were at the center of the conversation, with customers showing exactly how they’re making AI work for them.
Here are just a few highlights:
1. Transforming Warehouses with AI Agents In “AI Agents & AtomIQ,” attendees saw how customers are are accelerating warehouse operations, streamlining inventory tracking and enhancing decision-making with AtomIQ’s AI-powered solutions including WMS+, RFID, cloud-based integrations and low-code no-code mobility. Key takeaways:

4. Game-Changing AI Tools If you were lucky enough to attend “AI Innovations & Game-Changing Tools,” you saw a rapid-fire showcase of automation platforms helping users bridge the gap between legacy processes and modern, agile operations. We explored several tools, technologies and approaches customers are leveraging to increase productivity, streamline & automate business processes, improve user experiences and modernize operations across ☑️ administration ☑️ functional ☑️job scheduling ☑️AP automation ☑️electronic signatures ☑️tax compliance ☑️reporting & data analytics ☑️mobility & warehouse automation ☑️data archiving & more.

💡 Real Stories, Real Results
We had a first row seat for DifGen’s powerful story of implementing JDE on OCI to replace their legacy ERP, streamline siloed data, and digitize warehouse and distribution operations—under tight timelines. Their story demonstrated that with the right approach, JDE is a modern ERP platform that helped them streamline processes across departments to save time and resources.
Our 2-hour interactive JDE + OCI workshop equipped leaders with hands-on strategies to accelerate agility and innovation by moving JDE to Oracle Cloud including tactical tips for setup, disaster recovery, analytics, and more.
And finally, the “Securing Leadership Support” session presented by Chris Noack, IT ERP Applications Manager at Granite Construction and Andy Chase, VP of Customer Success & Advisory at CE reminded us that one of the most critical steps to JDE success is internal advocacy. Modernizing your ERP is only half the battle—getting stakeholders to believe in its value is what keeps the momentum going.
